Joseph Alan Ormrod (born December 22, 1942 in Ramsbottom, Lancashire) is a former English first class cricketer who played with Worcestershire.
A right-handed opening batsman, Ormrod was a key member in Worcestershire's back to back Championship winning sides of 1964 and 1965. He passed 1000 runs in a season on 12 occasions with a best of 1535 runs in 1978.
Ormrod scored a total of 21753 runs for Worcestershire and is their only batsman to have scored a century in both innings of a match against Somerset, which he did in 1980. He finished his career with a brief stint at Lancashire.
